We use pure citronella essential oil. It has a citrus lemon like aroma, and the scent helps to keeps the bugs away. Simply soak the reeds inside the jar and allow the oil to soak in to disperse the fragrance to your home/office space in the perfect way.
Please note, for the first time soak the reed for two hours and flip the reeds. During the duration of 2-3 months flip the reeds at least once a week.
